Mike was a true gentleman. He was an inspiration to everyone, his “dash” was truly much bigger than most and he lived life to the full. We shared a love of F1 and cars in general, and had many debates on who would win this season, the best new car and often our views differed, but we still laughed. I don’t think Mike knew the word “cannot” as he always “could”. A sad day indeed and the loss of one of life’s inspirations. Sleep well Mike. You will be missed by so many, but also remembered by all of those who your life touched.
